Return Policy

We hope that you love your new handmade item but if for some reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of purchasing.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for purchasing the return shipping label and costs of returning items. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hola@originmexico.com and we will provide additional instructions on where to return the item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
We always strive to ensure that you receive a damage free item but in the rare occasion that we may have missed something, please contact us immediately via email so we may correct any issues. Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your handmade item from Mexico. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or international purchases.


Exchanges 
Unfortunately, our sales platform does not allow exchanges so if you would like to exchange your purchase for another item, we will need to treat it as two separate transactions. First contact us at hola@originmexico.com to initiate a return. The next step will be to purchase your new item in the desired size/color, and we will issue you a refund on the return as soon as it is received. 


Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Depending on your banking institution, refund processing times vary, and we appreciate your patience while this reflects on your account.
