If adjustments are needed, we are happy to offer exchanges or store credit within 22 days of delivery, under the following guidelines:

We offer exchanges or store credit only. We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment.

The following items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or return:

Items purchased with a discount code
Clearance items
Jewelry
Gift cards
Pre-orders
Custom-made, personalized, or special edition items
Any item marked as final sale

Item Condition

To qualify for an exchange or store credit, items must be:

Unused and unworn
In original condition
With original tags attached
Returned in original packaging

Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage will not be approved.

Damages or Order Issues

We take great care to ensure your handmade items arrive safely. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect your items within 5 days of delivery.

If there is an issue, email us immediately at hola@originmexico.com and include:

Your order number
A clear photo of the issue

Requests submitted after 5 days may not be eligible for resolution.

How to Start an Exchange or Request Store Credit

To begin the process, please email hola@originmexico.com and include your order number. Once your request is approved, we will send simple return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for peace of mind.
Please ship approved returns within 7 business days of receiving return instructions.
Shipping and handling fees are non refundable.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Store Credit Details

Store credit is issued as an E gift card once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Store credit is emailed and available for immediate use.
Store credit must be used within one year from the date of issuance.
