How are your pieces created?

Every piece we offer is designed in Austin, Texas and brought to life in collaboration with skilled artisans in Mexico. Each item reflects their craftsmanship and creativity and is made with care and dedication to traditional techniques.

We feel so grateful for these partnerships and the stories behind every piece, they make each item truly unique.

 

Do your styles run true to size?

Our pieces are designed for a relaxed and comfortable fit:

  • Small to Medium: Align closely with US standard sizing
  • Large, XL, XXL: Tend to run slightly larger

If you prefer a more fitted look, we recommend sizing down.

 

Where do you ship?

We ship within the United States and internationally.

 

What are your processing and shipping times?

Once you've placed your order, give us 3-5 business days to get everything processed. As soon as your item ships, we'll send you a tracking number for each piece. Typically, First Class USPS deliveries take around 5-7 business days, but sometimes, due to high order volumes, holidays, customs, or weather, it might take up to 30 days.

Orders over $150 enjoy FREE US STANDARD SHIPPING. We use USPS for shipping, and whether it's first-class mail or priority depends on your package's weight.

Lost Packages

While we cannot take responsibility for packages once they’re with the carrier, we’re here to help. If a package is delayed or lost, we’ll provide tracking support and guide you through the process so it can be resolved as smoothly as possible.

 

Do you offer custom pieces?

Yes! We love creating custom pieces for events, corporate gifts, or special occasions. If you’re planning something unique, email us at hola@originmexico.com, we’d love to collaborate.

 

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes, we offer a curated selection of pieces at wholesale and currently partner with over 60 retailers across the US and internationally. If you’re interested in carrying our collection, please email us at hola@originmexico.com. We’d be happy to discuss options.

 

Do you allow exchanges or store credit?

We take pride in the handmade nature of our pieces and want you to love what you ordered.
