Return & Exchange Policy

We hope that you love your new handmade item but if for some reason you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of purchasing with the below exceptions: 

  • All Black Friday Sales Final. 
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
  • Please return items within 30 days of purchasing. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues 
We always strive to ensure that you receive a damage free item but in the rare occasion that we may have missed something, please contact us immediately via email so we may correct any issues. Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your handmade item from Mexico. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or international purchases. All Black Friday Sales Final. 

Item to big or small? Looking for a different color or style? Don't worry we now offer exchanges. Please have your order number ready and click here to get started.  

Once you submit your request, we will review it and either approve or reject it and will send you a notification via email.  Please submit an exchange request within 30 days of purchasing. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Depending on your banking institution, refund processing times vary, and we appreciate your patience while this reflects on your account.
