Return & Exchange Policy

At the heart of our commitment lies the handmade nature of our items, crafted with care and attention to detail. Our goal is to ensure your utmost satisfaction with every purchase. 

However, should adjustments be necessary, we gladly offer exchanges or store credit within 22 days of purchase, with the following conditions:

  1. We offer exchanges or store credit only. Please note: The following items are not eligible for exchange or return: Items on sale, items with a discount applied, clearance items, jewelry, gift cards and pre-orders. These items are final sale. 
  1. Condition of the item: To qualify for an exchange or return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  1. Damages and Issues: We take pride in ensuring you receive handmade items free of damage or issues. However, we understand that mishaps can occur during transit. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we kindly ask you to inspect your order within 5 days of delivery. Should you discover any issues such as damages, defects, or errors in your order, please notify us immediately via email so we can quickly address them to your satisfaction. How to start an exchange or request store credit: 

To initiate the process, kindly complete our exchange/store credit request form and anticipate a response within 3 business days. Upon approval, you will receive a shipping label via email. Please ensure all items are deposited at your nearest USPS office within 7 business days of receiving the return label. Please note, a restocking and processing fee of $7 will be subtracted from the exchange/store credit amount.

How is the store credit issued? 

Store credit is issued via E-gift card once we receive the item and conduct quality control. Please note that the amount will reflect a $7 processing and restocking fee. Once store credit is issued and emailed, it is available for immediate use. Store credit must be utilized within one year from the date of issuance to ensure validity.

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Here are the terms and conditions regarding exchanges/store credit requests:

  1. We do not provide refunds credited back to your initial payment method.
  2. Items on Sale, with a Discount applied, Clearance, jewelry, gift card and pre-orders cannot be returned and are final sale. 
  3. For returns, please ensure all items are deposited at your nearest USPS office within 7 business days of receiving the return label. Please note, a restocking and processing fee of $7 will be subtracted from the exchange/store credit amount.
  4. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  5. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  7. Damages and manufacturing defects must be reported within 5 days of delivery to ensure prompt resolution.
  8. The returned item must be in new condition. Items that are used or damaged will not be approved for exchange or store credit.
  9. Custom-made, special edition, clearance, jewelry, personalized, or any item marked as non-returnable or final sale are not eligible for exchange or return.
