Return & Exchange Policy

We hope that you love your new handmade item but if for some reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of purchasing with the below exceptions:
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
- Please return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please request one by clicking HERE. A code will be emailed to you and then you can request a return through our customer portal.

Damages and Issues
We always strive to ensure that you receive a damage free item but in the rare occasion that we may have missed something, please contact us immediately via email so we may correct any issues. Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your handmade item from Mexico.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or international purchases.
Exchanges are handled as two separate transactions. The best way to exchange an item is to request a return for your original purchase by clicking HERE and create a new separate purchase for the desired size or color.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Depending on your banking institution, refund processing times vary, and we appreciate your patience while this reflects on your account.
