Exchange and Store Credit Policy

At the heart of our commitment is the handmade nature of our items, each crafted with care and attention to detail. Our goal is for you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase.

If adjustments are needed, we are happy to offer exchanges or store credit within 22 days of delivery, under the following guidelines:

Eligible Returns

We offer exchanges or store credit only. We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment.

The following items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or return:

  • Sale items
  • Items purchased with a discount code
  • Clearance items
  • Jewelry
  • Gift cards
  • Pre-orders
  • Custom-made, personalized, or special edition items
  • Any item marked as final sale

Item Condition

To qualify for an exchange or store credit, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original condition
  • With original tags attached
  • Returned in original packaging

Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage will not be approved.

Damages or Order Issues

We take great care to ensure your handmade items arrive safely. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect your items within 5 days of delivery.

If there is an issue, email us immediately at hola@originmexico.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

Requests submitted after 5 days may not be eligible for resolution.

How to Start an Exchange or Request Store Credit

To begin the process, please email hola@originmexico.com and include your order number.

Once approved:

  • You will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email

  • Items must be dropped off at your nearest USPS location within 7 business days of receiving the return label

  • A $7 processing and restocking fee will be deducted from the exchange or store credit amount

Please note:

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

Store Credit Details

Store credit is issued as an E-gift card once we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • The issued amount will reflect the $7 processing and restocking fee
  • Store credit is emailed and available for immediate use
  • Store credit must be used within one year from the date of issuance
