Shipping Policy

We want your shopping experience to be smooth and stress-free. Our shipping costs are calculated based on factors like size, weight, and the shipping method you choose. Don’t worry, you’ll see the total cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Once you've placed your order, give us 3-5 business days to get everything processed. As soon as your item ships, we'll send you a tracking number for each piece. Typically, First Class USPS deliveries take around 5-7 business days, but sometimes, due to high order volumes, holidays, customs, or weather, it might take up to 30 days.

Orders over $150 enjoy FREE US STANDARD SHIPPING. We use USPS for shipping, and whether it's first-class mail or priority depends on your package's weight.

Expect a confirmation email with your tracking number after placing your order. Please note, shipping times may experience delays due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Pre-Orders

  • Pre-orders typically ship within 3–6 weeks.
  • Orders are fulfilled as soon as items become available.
  • For estimated fulfillment times, please refer to the details listed on each product page.

Shipping with Other Items:

  • If you pre-order alongside other items and want separate or earlier shipment, additional shipping costs may apply.
  • Please add a note at checkout for special shipping requests. We will invoice you separately if needed.

Cancellation and Availability:

  • Pre-orders cannot be cancelled, as handmade items are produced once the order is received.
  • If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order, we will notify you promptly and issue a refund.

International Orders

  • Similar shipping policies apply for international orders.
  • Delivery times typically range from 2–6 weeks, depending on each country’s customs regulations.
  • International buyers are responsible for any customs taxes or fees imposed by their country.

Lost Packages

While we cannot be responsible for packages once they are in the hands of the carrier, we’re here to help every step of the way. If your package is delayed or lost, we’ll provide tracking support and guide you through filing a claim to help resolve the issue as smoothly as possible.
