Shipping Policy

We want to make sure your shopping experience is as smooth as possible. Our shipping costs are calculated based on things like size, weight, and the shipping provider you choose. Don't worry, though – you'll see the total shipping cost at checkout!


Shipping & Delivery Time:

Once you've placed your order, give us 5-10 business days to get everything processed. As soon as your item ships, we'll send you a tracking number for each piece. Typically, First Class USPS deliveries take around 5-7 business days, but sometimes, due to high order volumes, holidays, customs, or weather, it might take up to 30 days.

Orders over $150 enjoy FREE US STANDARD SHIPPING. We use USPS for shipping, and whether it's first-class mail or priority depends on your package's weight.

Expect a confirmation email with your tracking number after placing your order. Please note, shipping times may experience delays due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


    Shipment and Fulfillment Timeframe:
      • Pre-orders typically ship within 6-8 weeks.
      • We'll fulfill orders as soon as the items become available.

    Shipping with Other Items:

    • If you pre-order along with other items and want separate or earlier shipment, additional shipping costs may apply.
    • Please add a note during checkout for special shipping requests. We'll invoice you separately.

    Cancellation and Availability:

    Pre-orders cannot be cancelled as these handmade items are produced once the pre-order is received. However, we'll notify you promptly if we can't fulfill your pre-order and issue a refund.

    International Orders:

    Similar shipping policies apply, with orders arriving between 2-6 weeks based on each country's customs regulations. International buyers are responsible for any customs taxes imposed by their respective countries.

    Lost Packages:

    While we cannot be held responsible for lost packages after delivery to local carriers, we offer assistance with tracking information and guide you through the process of filing claims in rare instances. For inquiries, contact us at
