Wholesale Policies:

 

General Requirements:

To qualify as a partner, you must possess a valid TAX ID number.

The minimum order quantity for all orders is $150.

 

Lead Time:

Due to the handmade nature of artisan pieces, please allow a lead time of 4-6 weeks. Please email us for faster delivery options hola@originmexico.com 

 

Order Confirmation:

A 50% advance payment is necessary to confirm your order, with the remaining 50% due before shipment or delivery.

 

Payment Options and Policies:

We accept payment via credit cards and PayPal. Further payment terms offered through Faire.

No cancellations are permitted after 10 days from the order date.

 

Shipping:

Retailers are responsible for shipping costs.

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or other carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL for international shipments, with an effort made to select the most cost-effective option.

Orders within the Austin area will be hand-delivered.

 

Returns:

Returns for exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaging.

No returns, refunds, or exchanges are permitted for custom orders; they are considered final sale.

 

Pricing Guidelines:

By purchasing our products, you agree to adhere to the following pricing strategy:

- Products should not be priced below Origin Mexico LLC.

- Markup should not exceed 200% of the wholesale price.

- Products should not be priced below the wholesale price at any point during the season.

- We recommend limiting sales discounts to no more than 20% to maintain brand value.

 

Image Assets:

Origin Mexico LLC provides flatlays and lifestyle images for your use.

Retailers are permitted to use these images on their own social media platforms.

Upon receiving our collection, you will receive our image library for the season to promote our products. Retailers are free to use these product shots to promote our brand on their business websites.
